We invest in prime office properties in central locations in major European and American cities. Through active leasing management and continuous investment in the portfolio, we achieve a stable cash flow over the entire life cycle and benefit from rental and property value growth.

Residential

Our housing stock is situated in good and very good locations in German conurbations. Through tenantoriented and efficient management, we achieve attractive, stable and enduring rental income. With a portfolio of over 7,800 residential units, MEAG is one of the largest residential investors in Germany.

Retail

We invest for the long term in prime retail locations in major German cities and attractive retail parks. Investments in brick-and-mortar retail property offer high cash flow stability combined with attractive return opportunities. We focus on first-class retail tenants and high location quality.

Logistics

As part of the global value chain, logistics properties offer attractive return opportunities and benefit from the international movement of goods and increasing online trade. We concentrate on established logistics locations in Germany and Europe and focus on futureoriented utilisation concepts.
